Jones, we are chartered to run training workshops and conferences, publish books, workbooks, and case studies, and conduct research to help companies transform themselves based on the principles of the Toyota Business System. This business system needs to be adopted as a complete business model with organisational processes, structures and leadership behaviors aligned. Through our programmes and activities we seek to influence managers to adopt lean thinking and appropriate leadership styles for success in implementing lean management.
