Visual images grab one or more of our senses in order to alert us to abnormalities, help us recover quickly and promote adherence & prevention, enabling successful self management. Visual control reduces errors and waste by making problems visible. It helps identify the gap between standard and actual performance and tells us how to respond.

LMII is working on the leanest possible delivery, and as a step in that direction, all training or workshops done by LMII will have an Interactive E-Enabled Course Page from where participants could download or access the learning resources for the workshop or course within a preset time window.

Workshop participants will need to establish course objective with the instructor who will then if required include or exclude exercises or content, as he / she deems fit. Participants of Public or On-site Workshops would be requested to create a user and login into LMII's LEArN system and then use an enrollment key that would be provided to access materials.
