Mr. Dubey has been facilitating Lean Management and Total Quality management Initiative at various industries in India and Middle East for last two decades and has the proven capability to integrate different quality concepts, emerging from east and west, for offering customized business solutions differentiates him from all others.

He had great honour of GEMBA WALK with Lean Sensei Jim Womack, Peter Walsh, Dan Jones & John Shook. He is currently heading LMII to promote "Lean Thinking" across India. He had the great privilege of learningfrom Japanese TQM Sensei Prof. KANO & Prof. KUME, winners of Deming Prize for their contribution to TQM worldwide. He is proud to chair sessions at "First Congress of Asian Network of Quality" in 2003 at Beijing. He is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, and is credited with publication of two "International papers".

He has mentored the Lean Supply Chain for TATA NANO Car from prototype to production ramp up at a never before cost structure. Customized Lean Model to support VODAFONE's global lean Initiative of Fast Forward, to improve service quality, delivery and reduce cost providing them the required competitive edge in the India market. He had carried out lean transformation of a product line at KSB pumps to clear long outstanding order back log. He had developed lean strategy and executed it to bring M&M Earth Master, a new product and a new business, project on track. He had facilitated de-risking initiative for ITC Foods Business Supply Chains. Has mentored project executions to plan design, procure and execute projects to client management objectives in terms of quality, cost and delivery in line with national and international best practices at organizations like GAIL and NTPC. He also mentored projects to provide uninterrupted service availability at VSNL. He had facilitated sustained implementation of QC Circle & 5S at Madura Garments; making it an undisputed brand leader in their product segment. He had privilege of facilitating Six Sigma roll out at IBM Global Services India giving them an edge over their competitors in terms of service and software quality and delivery.

He had taken TQM_TPM_TPS study missions to Japan to develop insight how the lean exemplars like Toyota, Suntory Corporations, Toyoda Automatic Looming Works, Komatsu Ltd, Nippon Steel and Bunka Shutters sustain these initiatives for decades and transformed themselves to a leadership position. He had also facilitated a Lean Study Mission to Toyota car plant in India to understand how lean thinking is sustained in Indian environment.

He is a mechanical engineer and had managed & co-coordinated production, installation and field deployment of complex air surveillance and satellite communication systems.

Developing result oriented & easy to implement new concepts & model is his way of life.

What is Lean?
The core idea is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Simply, lean means creating more value for customers with fewer resources.
