Lean Summit, being organized by Lean Management Institute of India (LMII) and All India Management Association (AIMA), is to raise consciousness, generate enthusiasm, and explore new frontiers in Lean Thinking. You’ll learn from leading lean sensei and practitioners who have faced the same challenges that you face now. You’ll also enjoy networking with some of the best lean thinkers in the industry. It is a two-day action packed event designed for mid- to upper-level managers, with a focus on sustained lean transformation journey along with insights into innovative ways to begin or enhance your lean journey.
LMII and AIMA together brings the most enlightening set of plenary speakers, from diverse industry segments, and the best known lean sensei in the world…John Y. Shook and Jose R. Ferro as keynoter. Expert panel discussions facilitated by the lean sensei will try to find answers to most questions, bothering you in the present disruptive and turbulent economic environment.
