P/T: Process Time
- Time spent actually performing the work of the process.
- Hands on time
- Touch time
- Value creating time
D/T: Delay Time
- Can be during the process (step)
- Can be in between process (step)
L/T: Lead time = Process time + Delay time
- Start time to Finish time
